From a very early age, I was fascinated by movement, sport and nature, a passion which naturally led me to obtain a Masters in the Science of Sport and Holistic Health Management. This training enabled me to take up a career in the management of high-end spas and well-being centres on the international scene, where I guided clients and teams towards sustainable changes in lifestyles and well-being of greater depth.
It is a real sanctuary where Alpine nature meets contemporary wellness. Its natural materials, soft light, soothing colours, and views of the mountains give it an atmosphere both comforting and inspiring. It is a cocoon of serenity and renewal, perfectly reflecting the Six Senses well-being philosophy.

Which then enables our experts to compose a tailormade program, incorporating a full range of treatments: signature rituals from the spa to biohacking, and including nutrition and full awareness practices.
