Whether the Negroni Valaisan (Swiss Gin, apricot eau-de-vie, Campari, sweet vermouth, orange, apricot, egg white), or the Fêtes de Mirabelle (Swiss Whisky, lemon, orange, Mirabelle plum liqueur, orange bitters, egg white), each creation pays tribute to the beauty of Crans-Montana and its surrounding area. In the evening, the lounge comes alive to the rhythm of carefully curated music or live DJs, where sound, movement, and energy blend to create moments that awaken the senses and elevate the spirit. Inspired by the splendor of Alpine evenings in Crans-Montana, the “Coucher de Soleil” cocktail offers a delicate blend of flavors and freshness while going light on alcohol. Elegant and intensely refreshing, it is the perfect choice for an aperitif that awakens the senses gently at the very moment when day makes way for the flamboyant colors of the setting sun. To make this creation back home, you will need a glass of white wine full of large ice-cubes. Add 80ml of Swiss rosé wine, a dash of red fruit syrup, then 40ml of sparkling Swiss wine. Garnish with a few red fruits and decorate with a slice of grapefruit. Cheers!
